Unmatched Convenience for Seattle Convention Center Events

Our 1,335 square feet of event space is ideal for groups of 20-35 guests and can be configured in a diverse array of setups. Our two meeting rooms, the Cascade Room and the Olympic Room, are located on the second floor and feature large windows that fill the space with an abundance of natural light. We are happy to work with corporate groups as well as private get-togethers and pride ourselves on being exceptional hosts. Paramount offers creative, locally sourced on-site catering provided by our two eateries, Chan Seattle and Spruce Café headed by award winning Chef Heong Soon Park.

Chan Seattle

Chan offers a unique blend of traditional Korean dishes prepared with Western ingredients and modern cooking techniques. Under the expert guidance of Korean-born Executive Chef and Owner Heong Soon Park, we deliver an immersive culinary experience full of bold flavors that balance spicy, salty, sour, sweet, and umami. Chan can accommodate up to 100 people for dinner and receptions.
