Yes. Based on availability, the Paramount can offer late check-out. Guests who fill out the pre-arrival survey will have priority access to late check-out.
Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours. Reservations must be cancelled by 12:00 PM PST, two days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.

All hotel guests must provide government issued ID and valid credit card at time of check-in. The credit card provided will be authorized for the full amount of the reserved stay, inclusive of room and tax, as well as a $75 per night deposit. If there are no additional charges to the room, the deposit will be released upon check out. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to release the hold.
Please have them fill out our Credit Card Authorization form prior to your arrival. The name as it appears on the reservation and the confirmation number is required.

Yes. A handling and storage fee of $20 will be applied to the final receipt for packages (regardless of size & weight) received on your behalf more than 24 hours before your day of arrival. Furthermore, all forwarding and/or return to sender fees are the responsibility of the guest. When sending parcels to the hotel, please ensure the name on the package matches the name on the reservation. Paramount Hotel Seattle is not liable for missing or damaged packages.
The Paramount does not offer on-site laundry services. Dry cleaning services are available. Simply deliver your laundry to the bell stand in the lobby before 8:00 AM, Monday - Saturday, and we will return your laundry by 6:30 PM the same day.
