Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates. Promotional rates, negotiated rates and other offers may not be combined with one another. Rates may vary nightly per stay. All promotional and negotiated rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are quoted at the time of booking and may differ at the time of stay; these rates may not be adjusted. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify offers and promotions at any time.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
Pre-pay reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay nights, this includes canceling a portion of your stay.
Reservations must be canceled by 12:00 P.M. PST, 2 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations or changes that occur within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the method of payment on file. Modifications to departure follow the same requirement of 48 hour notice, this includes in-house guests adjusting a departure date. You will be responsible for payment of the nights cancelled within that 48 hour period of the new departure date.
Reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled date or no-show will be charged for the full reserved nights.

Valet Parking
We offer valet parking only. Standard vehicle charges: Sunday - Thursday $45, plus tax; Friday - Saturday $55, plus tax. Oversize vehicle charges: Sunday - Thursday $55, plus tax; Friday - Saturday $65 plus tax.
Our Parking Promotion includes parking for one standard size vehicle. Additional charges may be incurred for an oversize vehicle with the Parking Promotion.
Event parking is available for meetings held at the hotel for $35 per day.

Pet Policy
We only allow service animals. ADA only recognizes dogs as service animals. At check-in, please provide information on the task/service the dog is trained to perform for your disability. Please be prepared to make alternative accommodation arrangements for the dog if it does not fulfill ADA requirements. No refund will be issued if your reservation needs to be cancelled.
Non-Smoking Hotel
A room recovery fee of $500 will be applied to the guest room if any smokable substance, residue and/or smoking paraphernalia are found in your guest room. Any odor resulting from smoking will be verified by a manager and will result in said room recovery fee as well. Managers reserve the right to inspect your guest room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, if a smoking complaint has been filed by fellow guest(s).
Shipping and Receiving
A $20 USD fee will be applied to your bill for every package (regardless of size and weight) received on your behalf, more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Additionally, all Forwarding and/or Return to Sender fees will be borne by the guest. Please ensure the name on the package matches the name on the reservation. The hotel releases itself of all liability for missing or damaged packages.
